Shipping Policy Any product that has been received in a damaged or non-working condition will be replaced and any shipping insurance claims initiated. We will initiate the claim or call tag with the shipping company. In some cases, we will have to wait for insurance inspection before a replacement or replacement parts are sent. If you require that a replacement be sent right away while the process is taking place then you will be charged for a replacement and credited when the issue is resolved. Missing/Damaged items must be reported within 7 days from receipt of the package, otherwise we do not take responsibility for these items. Any items sent via USPS are the responsibility of the person ordering, our liability end when the package is picked up by USPS. If a claim is needed we will provide all necessary paperwork for you to process the claim. Customers are required to cooperate with us during this process and provide all needed information in a timely manner. Please not we are bound by the rules and regulations of the shippers we utilize.
Continental USA - Lower 48 states, Order total $100.00 or more receives free ground shipping via UPS. Order total under $100.00 pays a flat fee of $8.95 for ground shipping via UPS. Expedited shipping and USPS shipping available at an additional charge. If we receive an order for a PO Box we will automatically ship the unit USPS. Please request a ship quote before ordering if you require pricing before shipping. International/HI/AK/PR - Shipping charges apply - shipping available from UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service - note claims can take 6 months. We will automatically ship USPS unless you request otherwise. If a quote is required please request it prior to ordering. |
