Return Policy

    All products are covered by manufactuers warranty.  These warranties are between the retail purchaser and the manufacturer.

    Any product that has been received in a damaged or non-working condition will be replaced and any shipping insurance claims initiated.  In some cases, we will have to wait for insurance inspection before a replacement or replacement parts are sent.  See the Shipping policy for more information.

    If you wish to return a product that has not been used, call ahead for a return material authorization (rma).  Include this RMA # ont he outside of the package.  Return shipping shall be prepaid and insured.  All items must be in their original packaging with all manuals and such.  Returns shall be accessed a lee no less than the freight costs to send the original shipment and not to exceed 15% of the purchase price.

    If you wish to return a used product, call ahead and discuss as these are taken in a case by case basis.
